Support Groups
Project Sanctuary offers a variety of in-person support groups at both our Fort Bragg and Ukiah locations, designed to meet the diverse needs of our community. We provide both structured and unstructured groups to ensure survivors have access to the kind of support that works best for them.
Structured groups follow a set curriculum focused on topics such as empowerment, boundaries, and anger management. Structured groups typically run for nine weeks, and participants are asked to commit to the full schedule in order to receive a certificate of completion.
We also offer unstructured, drop-in style groups that are more open-ended and conversational, providing space for peer support and connection without a set agenda. For these groups, new participants must arrive at least one hour early to complete an intake before joining.
To complete an intake, please call or visit one of our offices:

Please note that anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late to any group session will not be able to attend that day.
